How do I buy DIBZ?

There are two different methods by which to buy DIBZ.

1) Purchase DIBZ directly by clicking Buy next to a given price in a marketplace. If available, your purchase will instantaneously transact at the price indicated.

2) Submit a bid to purchase DIBZ at a price below the lowest price posted in the marketplace. Your bid will be held in the system as an active bid until you cancel/modify that bid or the market closes. If a seller meets your bid, you will own the DIBZ and you will be notified via email.

At what price should I buy DIBZ?

DIBZ coming from the team, leagues, etc. are sold at an initial issuance price. Once these DIBZ begin to sell, other fans begin trading DIBZ at different prices depending on the likelihood that event will occur. Always purchase the lowest priced DIBZ in your desired seating zone.

Prices of DIBZ coming from the fans will always vary as the seats come directly from season ticket holders and other parties.

Who can sell DIBZ?

There are two categories of people who can sell DIBZ.

1) Anyone who has purchased DIBZ in a FirstDIBZ marketplace.

2) Anyone with predetermined access to the tickets or products in FirstDIBZ marketplace (ie season ticket holders) can create and sell DIBZ in our uDIBZ markets.

What happens if I do not sell my DIBZ and the market closes?

If the market ‘succeeds’, you are responsible for paying the face value of tickets or product.

If the market does not succeed, you can no longer sell your DIBZ and you will not be refunded for the amount at which they were purchased.

Can I transfer my DIBZ to another market?

DIBZ are tied to the team or product they were purchased for and cannot be sold for another team or product.

How do I place an Offer-to-Sell into the system?

1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Holdings" and select the holding you wish to sell
3. In the box on the right side of the screen, enter the price you wish to sell your
    DIBZ at
4. Select the quantity
5. Click on "Sell"- this will bring you to the confirmation page
7. Click "Confirm Sell"
8. Your Offer-to-Sell has now been placed in the system and you will recieve an email
    confirming your Offer-to-Sell

Keep in mind that if your Offer-to-Sell is not matched with a Bid-to-Buy and the scheduled event is not going to take place or the game is not necessary your DIBZ is no longer of any value. There will be no refunds granted by FirstDIBZ.

How are orders matched in the system?

1. Orders are matched automatically when a Bid-to-Buy and an Offer-to-Sell match on quantity and price.

2. A match can be a function of a bidder clicking the "Buy" button or simply  matching the Offer-to-Sell price with a Bid-to-Buy

3. Once an order has transacted, your credit card is charged immediately and both the buyer and seller are notified via email.

How do I Modify or Cancel an Offer-to-Sell?

1.   Login to your profile
2.   Click on "Holdings"
3.   Select the Holding you wish to Modify or Cancel
4.   Click on "Modify" next to your current Offer-to-Sell
5.   Select Modify or Cancel
6.   Once you have made the changes, click "Update Order"
7.   Review your changes and click "Submit"

2.   Click on "My DIBZ"
3.   Click on "Pending Orders"

How am I notified when I sell a DIBZ

1.   All transacted Offers-to-Sell will generate e-mail notifications to both the Buyer and the Seller

How do I get paid when I sell my DIBZ?

When you sell your DIBZ, the proceeds from that sale are deposited into your account. To withdraw funds from your account please follow these steps:

1.   Login and click on "My Account"
2.   Go to "My Money"
3.   Click on the "Manage Wallet" tab
4.   Click on the "Withdraw" tab
5.   Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
6.   Click the "Withdraw" button

Your check will be processed and mailed out 14 business days after you make the withdrawal request.
