When is a Team Eliminated from the Super Bowl XLIV marketplace?
A team is eliminated from our marketplace when they are mathematically eliminated from the 2009 NFL Playoffs. At this point, they have no chance to advance to this event. At the moment it becomes official, the team will be eliminated from our marketplace.
For the teams that advance to the playoffs, we will eliminate the teams that lose when the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th quarter of the Conference Championship games. It is important to note that a team will not be eliminated until this point. For example, if a team is losing 28-7 with 2:00 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter, the marketplace will remain open. This team will not be eliminated until the clock reaches 0:00. We recommend that you monitor the playoff games closely and pay close attention to your active Bids-to-Buy or Offers-to-Sell in the marketplace. There are usually a high volume of transactions during the playoff games. There will be no refunds if your Bid-to-Buy transacts during the game before the team is eliminated.
When does a market close for the Super Bowl XLIV marketplace?
For Super Bowl XLIV, when the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th quarter of the 2009 NFL Conference Championship Games, each team's marketplace will close. The losing teams are eliminated from the marketplace. The winning DIBZ holders then have the right and obligation to pay face-value for their tickets.
How and when will tickets be fulfilled for the Super Bowl XLIV marketplace?
At the close of trading for Super Bowl XLIV, the winning DIBZ holders will automatically be charged the face value for the tickets. If your credit card is declined, you have 48 hours to resolve this matter, or you run the risk of forfeiting the tickets.
